Shipping

I currently ship to France. 

French Address is a small business, I do my best to offer you attractive shipping rates. The shipping cost is $2.99 USD for France. And, when possible, I may offer free shipping! 

What about shipping 'speed'? First step, I prepare your order and ship it in maximum 2 business days. Then, the shipping process takes from 2 to 4 business days. 

 

Returns

You have the right of cancellation for 14 calendar days starting from the order delivery date.

I'll do my best to make it easy for you. Write an email at bonjour@french-address.com, I'll create the return label so you can ship the product(s). You'll have 8 calendar days to ship the products, starting from the date I email you the label. Kindly note that the product(s) must be returned in original condition without having used it, with the original packaging(s) and the original label(s) attached. In the case where the original packaging of the product is missing or where the product has been damaged, except for a proven damage done by the carrier, I reserve the right to refuse the refund or to reduce the amount of the refund. 

Cost of the return: French Address is a small business so I cannot offer free returns (I keep negotiating with the carriers). The cost of the return is 2.99 USD for France. It will be decreased from the value of the refund. Note that the initial cost of the shipping cannot be refunded.
